Fastman Permissions Manager Product Update Announcement - 21.4 Release

Fastman is pleased to announce the latest updates to our flagship product, Permission Manager for the OpenText Content Suite Platform. These features build upon recent Fastman innovation in 2021 with added extended support for Cloud Deployments: business administrator, improved-self-service, containerized deployments, and Role-Based Access.

Key features introduced in this version:

• Filter permissions by Roles in Smart View
• Ability to filter Permissions Overview in Smart View to show only owner, owner group, public, and user entries
• Permissions Search extended to support searching for items where any user or any group access entries exist on items and meet specific criteria
• Identify redundant user ACL entries when editing permissions
